What's more American than a baloney sandwich?  Well, I couldn't justify a balony sandwich in terms of this online exhibit on the art of cuisine, so here we have more an elevated gourmet version with tuna.  This tuna sandwich made with fresh hand-picked vegetables from the garden with a loaf of German Pumpernickle bread.
