This plate was my first attempt at making ceviche at home.  I was kind of shocked at how easy it was to make and, more importantly, how delicious it turned out!  I had a lot of  fun "creating" this this mixed seafood dish cooked in lemon juice with fresh herbs, avocado, and vegetables.  For fun I served it on a seafood plate.
