One day I was preparing to make burgers.  I had already started preparing the buns of the burger, the mayo, pickles, and other trimmings.  I then remembered that I also had some fresh shrimp that needed to be eaten. I had everything for the burgers ready, so I thought:

"Hmmm, I wonder what it would taste like to create a shrimp burger..."

The taste of sautéd fresh shrimp in butter and garlic put together on the bun with the burger trimmings and mayo is now one of my favorite meals to create at home!  In terms of culinary art, shrimp burgers have now become one of my all time favorite House Specialties.
