Shrimp Fried Rice

My Version of Shrimp Fried Rice

Here is an example of my shrimp fried rice with vibrant colors of green, orange, and yellow from the fresh peas, ham, and scrambled eggs.  With this dish I decided to create a more refined  dish of "culinary art".  Notice how the rice is presented on the plate.  Ironically, the mound of fried rice was done very simply by placing the hot rice in a small bowl and then just turning it upside down on my warm plate. As you can see, the shrimp was placed on top with lightly steamed bok choy before sprinkling fresh Chinese bean sprouts creating a classical nod to China and its traditional cuisine.
