Shrimp Fried Rice - Take Two
Similar Dish, Different Composition
In terms of culinary art, I love coming up with new compositions on my plate. So here is an another example of my shrimp fried rice that I created at home in my kitchen on a different day. It also has vibrant colors from the green, orange, and yellow from the fresh peas, ham, and scrambled eggs. This time, however, I had fun creating an even more "refined composition" by slicing carrots and creating circles like the petals of a flower on my plate. Even though it is essentially the same meal, I'm including it to show the importance that composition plays in "The Art of Cuisine".
