Chinese cuisine is not the only Asian cuisine that I cook and enjoy.  This Asian seafood dish with white rice that I created in my kitchen was actually inspired by a meal that I had served to me by a chef in Singapore.  I enjoyed creating my own version of it during the pandemic as a piece of culinary art.

 

It is now time to hop elsewhere in the Pacific to another of my favorite Asian cuisines that I've always wanted to learn how to prepare. This Asian cuisine is one of my all time favorites and its culture has always fascinated me!!!
