When it comes to fine dining, we still have not discussed the importance of having good "table manners".  So here is Oliver, our special guest.  What does my dog Oliver have to do with table manners?  Well, you see, Oliver is a little dachshund I rescued from the shelter.  Back then he was a wild dog living in a cage, had no table manners, and did not even know how to respond to his name, let alone any commands like: "come, sit, down, and stay"....  So it took me a lot of love, dedication, and tremendous patience over a year teaching him basic manners. He also had to learn "self control". But now he has even acquired excellent table manners!!!  He has become the perfect gentleman.  That's why he is now living the life of a king.  So we will let him give a short course on table manners.
