Nothing says "Tuscany" like like a good loaf of Tuscan artisan bread.   That month I stayed in the Tuscan Castle, I loved going into town every morning to get a fresh loaf of Tuscan bread.  Once you have real artisan bread it's impossible to ever go back to eating bread from the supermarket! In terms of cuisine, here's one of my compositions on the plate that I'm calling "My Tuscan Flower".  As you can see, I sliced the bread as the petals of the flower with fresh minced garlic, extra virgin olive oil, and cheese-stuffed Italian peppers in the center of the flower.
