For the category of trees I've chosen this miniature oil painting titled "The Four Trees". The work was inspired by a four trees in front of my home living in the country. I created with work in the French Expressionist style. The brush strokes are in a very raw and painterly manner. The essence of this work is clear. It is very bright and optimistic childlike view of a landscape using pure colors in greens, yellows and blues is as close to purity of nature on a bright sunny day with lots of sunshine.
