My Roman apartment was located just next to the Coliseum near the Palazzo Bonaparte, where I couldn't wait to see a large Van Gogh exhibition.  As I walking, I loved seeing Van Gogh's face on a passing subway train as I was walking in Rome (shown in photo above).   This exhibition was essentially a "retropective".  It was a lot to digest.  So I spent the rest of the week in Rome's Borghese Park enjoying "Public Art" and seeing Rome's collection of modern art in the museums of the Borghese.
