For centuries the City of Florence, and its ties to the renaissance, has been a Mecca for artists.  No one can deny that Firenze, the city of great innovation, has made important contributions in the history of Art and Science: Galileo, Brunelleschi, Dante, Da Vinci Michelangelo, Botticelli, Donatello, and so many more... Right now, my personal favorites are Caravaggio, Bronzino, Andrea Del Sarto, Mancini, and Gaetano Marinelli, but the great artists of Firenze are too countless to mention... Each time I visit the classical works in Florence, I am left in awe.  In my opinion, "The Renaissance Artists of Florence are the "Creators of the Gods."

Included here are examples of a couple of recent academic drawings and paintings from a wealth of inspiration from one of the greatest cities in the world, this being the home of the classical Italian Renaissance: Firenze.
